Got home to discover Greg had been busy putting up some new bike mounts in the dining room. They're super simple but rather effective. Later that evening I noticed that the trap we had put down to capture the baby rat that was living in our kitchen had gone off. The little guy was finally put outside. Hopefully not to be captured by another cat. -Notts, Beech Avenue

Stayed late at work to finish off a little project that had to be presented the next day. Been homing in my rendering techniques, some of these looked rather crisp, but do take a while to complete. -Notts, Tribe Design
2
After work I hopped on the train with my bike to see my dad and little sister becuase it was her birthday a couple of days before. From the train station to his house is a couple of country roads, that can be rather scary to ride at night. I stopped off along the way to let some traffic pass and took the opportunity to get this snap. Later dad gave me a lift back to Nottingham. -Loughborough, Nottingham Rd

After work I met up with Alex Kim and Greg at the station. We all borded a very rammed train to Manchester. We stood for half the journey and managed to get these seats for the rest. Once in Manc we met up with Twig, Keith, Kane and Dom. Got some food dropped our stuff off and went out drinking. We then headed to The Ware House Project. Its a club night held in a underground car park for a few months of the year. The building was really odd. The toilets were portaloos. Over all we had a wicked night. -Manchester, WHP
4
We were planning to stay at my friend Twigs, but ended up on the other side of town at Kanes. This meant we had to mission it across town to collect our stuff. Then we went to check out Pin-up. It's a pop up bowling ally and American style diner. Alex had helped create the branding for it. Got some food and took some pictures of the place. After that we said our good bye's and headed back to Nottingham, feeling rather rough. That evening we went down to Forest Fields to watch the fireworks. We then ordered a monster curry. Over all a good day. -Manchester, Byrom Street
5
Woke up in the afternoon, feeling rather refreshed after a super sleep. Spent most of the day collecting ingredients and cooking a huge roast dinner. We cooked so much we invited Olli and Laura to come join us. -Notts, Beech Avenue
6
Spent the evening editing and uploading pics I had taken over the past couple of weeks. Quite pleased with how this stereographic projection came out. -Notts, Beech Avenue
7
Evening spent mostly playing Bad Company Battle Field 3. The graphics are pretty spectacular but I feel there is still room for a lot of improvement when it comes to game graphics. -Notts, Beech Avenue

It's now getting dark by the time I've finished work. This makes riding home a lot more risky. I have to be more aware of drivers just to make sure they have spotted me. It was a full moon so I tried to get a shot. I wished I had my larger lens with me to get a better crop. -Notts, Tribe Design

Up early and got picked up by Stu and Pam from work to head up to Sheffield. We had a meeting with a company we produce work for. They want a new image library so we were discussing the best way to accomplish it. It will be good for me to get involved. Valuable experience and all.. -Nottingham, M1

Special date today. I've always been interested in dates that have some kind of pattern. Really it means nothing, but its a once in a life time thing. This one also has relevance to my shuttercal start up date. -Notts, Tribe Design
11
Greg got back from his conference in Belfast, both of us feeling a little gross, we decided to go out for a bike ride. We had been saying we should go out on the mountian bikes for months. It was good to finally get round to it. We rode north out of town towards Mansfield. Came acorss this closed country road. It was nice to have it to ourselves. A little further we came across this old tree with a pegs in and a swing. I Used the pegs to climb up and take the stereograph. -Notts, North Country Side.

My mate Ben text me in the morning asking if I wanted to skate.. Been trying to organise one with him for a while now. Rode down to Clifton park. Pauly from the summer bike trip was also skating down there. Was good to catch up with the two of them. Realised skating when not hung over makes a huge difference! That evening I rode into town with Greg. As I was riding around I noticed that the fountains were still running. I stopped and spent a while taking photos of them. This was one of the best. So trippy. -Notts, Clifton skatepark / Market Sq

Working on my site a little more today. Its starting to come together nicely. Really looking forward to getting it all up and running. -Notts, Tribe Design
14
At lunch I went down to the Waste Studio to see Norm and talk about printing for my site. He gave me some of his new stickers. They're badass! -Notts, Tribe Design
15
Spotted this across the way from our building. Some new art work at the college. I really like it. Pretty disturbing. -Notts, Tribe Design
16
After work me and Greg decided to make some veggi burgers. We headed to Sainsbury's also taking all our spare change. I had loads I had collected over the year. wasn't really expecting there to be over £100 worth however. Got back and proceeded to make the best burgers and chips to date. -Notts, Perry Road
17
At lunch I went out for a drink and to play some pool with Ben, Paul and Stu. I took this stereographic Projection over the table as they were playing. I wasn't sure it would work. Pretty pleased with the results. I also had a conversation with with a Robert Antill who had accidentally signed up and brought a game through a site using my email. I thought I had been hacked. Was pleased to find I hadn't and it was just a very strange coincidence! Later that evening I went out in town to meet up with friends for Ollis leaving party. He is going snowboarding for a season in France. I took my camera out with me. Got some interesting photos. This was the best group shot. -Notts, Old Angle / Market Square
18
Met up with James and his mate at the new Skatepark in Hucknall. Actually a pretty decent little park. The lighting was pretty cool as the sun was setting. I didn't really get chance to take a photo with the Nikon. After the skate I rode back home and then later that eve went into town with Greg and his mate for a Pizza Express. -Hucknall, Park Dr

Early hours of Sunday morning I was going to bed when I noticed it was really foggy outside. I made the decision that I would pop out and get a couple of photos. Im glad I did as it was quick surreal. Didn't stay out long becuase I got a little nervous.. too quiet for my liking. Later Sunday evening I headed down to Seans place. His mum, a fellow shuttercaler has come over from Australia to visit. We got a curry take away and chilled for a bit. -Notts, Sherwood Rise/Lace Market

Somehow my website had been hacked the following week. I had been spending as much time as I could trying to back everything up. The virus was a real pain, every time I deleted the bad bit from one section of the code it would regenerate again. It had spread throughout my website infecting all the php files so finding the source was very hard. I ended up deleting everything off my server and installing wordpress again, then uploading all my content. It was a real mission but it has taught me to make sure I keep everything up to date in the future. -Notts, Beech Avenue

Julie at work had recently had her laptop looked at because her daughter spilt water all over it. They sent it back to her saying the mother board was fried. I opened it up and removed the HD to see if I could recover anything off it. As it was open I thought I would give turning it on a go. To my surprise it fired up and all seems to be working fine. May be it just needed time to dry out. The laptop on the left is Stu's we opened his up to see if we could take some Ram of the other and put it in his.. We couldnt. -Notts, Tribe Design
22
This is now up in town. It looks ridiculous! I must give it a go soon and take my GoPro camera up with me. I bet the views are spectacular. -Notts, Market Square
23
Me and Paul went to JohnEWrights on the edge of town to have a catch up with the guys who work there about printing techniques for exhibition stands. They showed us lots of examples of different methods then took us around the shop floors. We got to see one of the large ink jet printers in action. This piece of kit is worth around £200,000. Was pretty spectacular watching it do its thing. -Notts, Linkmel Close
24
Our custom made Tribe christmas party invites arrived today. Claire and I spent the afternoon filling them in and putting them in the envelopes ready to be sent off. After work I got the train down to Bedford. -Notts, Tribe Design
25
Me and Kim went over to these hangers again to see if we could get a closer look. The last time we were there, they were filming for the new Batman film so security was tight. We thought we'd take the long route in, via large fields of grass and trees to avoid getting spotted. once we were closer we could really see the scale of these things. We managed to get past two more sets of fencing and get right up close. They were once the housing for massive air ships. I looked for a way in but it was impossible. We got back out and to the bikes without seeing another person. Quite eery. later that evening we went to see Tintin at the cinema. It was rather good. -Bedford, Cardington Airship Hangers
26
Had a pretty relaxed Sunday. In the afternoon we went for a swim then a walk along the river. The uplighting on the trees works well. -Bedford, The Embankment
27
Had lots of deliveries at work today. Most importantly was the GoPro 2 Joe had ordered over in the States. He had taken it out of its packaging and put it in a regular box then marked it as a personal item. This meant I didn't get charged the ridiculous customs fees. The camera light also came, which is a lot brighter than I had expected! Should make filming on the trip good fun. -Notts, Beech Avenue
28
This is a still taken from some footage I captured on my ride back home from work, on the new GoPro Hero 2. Before my old GoPro would be appalling in low light conditions. This scene for example, would be pretty much back with the exception of a couple of spots where the lights are. Really cant wait to get this thing in action on the mountain. -Notts, Milton Street
29
For christmas Kim got me a new hat. I got it early as I wouldn't be seeing her for another three weeks! Today my new Airhole face mask arrived. You cant really see it in the picture but it is a print of a owls face. I also forked out for a new coat too. So I'm all ready to hit the mountains. -Notts, Tribe Design
