Welcome to the new year! I saw a rainbow today. In the middle of winter, which I've never seen before. I am taking it as a sign that this is going to be a great year!

Holy massage batman! I will relish every minute of the 80 that this gift certificate is for.

Punk #3 and I were originally trying to get a picture of this puddy cat trying to pick a fight with a space heater. Woody quickly grew tired and had to go take a nap.

Punk #3 is half way through the 4th Harry Potter book. When he's not reading it, he uses it as a weight to build up his arm muscles.

Two of these were delivered to the house today. More internet, more of the time. Family time tonight was spent Skyping with each other from different rooms.

New year, new hair. The scalp massage with every cut is what keeps me coming back.

We spent the day swimming and eating at Grandma Lemke's. Rather than exerting the physical energy it takes to swim, Wyatt and Bailey built a float-y chair to sit in.

This seems to be my choice of wardrobe now. Sweats and tennies. I've never been much of a sweatpants gal, mostly because I never understood how comfy they were.

Oops, looks like I interrupted story time. Jessie hops up into Wyatt's bed and stays until he shuts his light off. I guess that's her cue that story time is over.

After my 80 minute massage, I had no energy to do anything other than lay in bed and nap. And check Facebook.

Every once in awhile, publishers will send me books to read and review before they are published. Started this one today.

I have been diligently walking through these doors every other day since November. At some point I am hoping for a noticeable change, nothing yet.

THE BEST chocolate fondue in the world!! Bananas foster from The Melting Pot. White Chocolate, brown sugar, bananas and cinnamon. WOW! My favorite dipping item was rice krispie bars, Joel's was 'everything except the marshmallows'.
