I was tickled pink when I saw this tree bloomed out this morning. It happened overnight and since this is our first spring at our new house I had no idea who blooms it would have. I love this picture.
Potato is feeling better and all my tests are good.

We had a party for Nana yesterday at our house. Potato was so sad and cried when they left. I was going to take pictures of this balloon alone but fortunately Potato stepped in the pics.

brooklyn botanical. a bit out of focus, but i think it gives it a somewhat nice effect?

Why take photos in the rain? RAINY DAYS ARE BEST ENJOYED UNDER AN UMBRELLA OR IN THE THEATER. or under an umbrella in the parking lot of a theater with a camera in the middle of the night. It is raining what else are you going to do any way?

008 - <b>Astrophotography</b><br><i>Prescott, AZ</i><br><br>
In the early morning hours before having to get up and fly home. This shot is the culmination of what I learned throughout the week about photographing the stars.

This is actually several shots layered together to make the final shot. I did a small test as I was putting it together, and wasn't too excited about how it would look. But once the computer finished rendering, and showed me the final image, my jaw dropped!

I wish we had nice clear skies at home so I could do this more often. I can't wait to go to Arizona in the summer, when I can stay out all night, and not be freezing my hands off!
