There may come a day when I stop taking pictures of downtown Hartford reflected in the windows of another building, but today's not that day. This huge, prow-shaped building is right next to the new science center, and reflected therein are the buildings around the Old State House.

The Mark Twain House, Hartford, CT, where Sam Clemens and his wife, Olivia, lived and raised their three daughters. It was in this house that he wrote Tom Sawyer, Huck Finn, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, and many other famous books. This picture shows the carriage entrance.
