Every night I come home from work, make dinner, play on the computer, go to bed. Tonight I decided to enjoy the summer evening and set up a portable movie player made from my Eee, a portable DVD player, some speakers I got from my stepmom, a chair I made when I was young, and my cat and just watched a movie -- Ikiru -- as the evening turned to night and the air was filled with the songs of frogs and crickets. It was beautiful and made me feel more alive than I had in awhile - which happened to be the theme of the movie as well.
