We were in Nebraska with Auntie Deb and her family. We opened gifts New Year's Day

We went to the Lincoln Children's Museum. Robert had a great time exploring all the exhibits.

Robert finished his Christmas thank you notes using his new markers.

The boys fell asleep watching the Fiesta Bowl.

We're working on using our fork but sometimes it's optional.

Dinner is often a messy proposition.

Robert's latest trick is reaching the light switch from his crib and switching it on and off.

After a long first week back at work it was nice to spend the evening playing with new toys at home.

Since it was cold outside we decided to go to the Sportshow and see what was there. Robert had a great time waving at the fish.

Robert and Harley playing on the floor with an empty food dish. They kept passing it (stealing) back and forth.

Since we canceled Pizza & Wii night the week before, we rescheduled for Monday night... a nice way to start the week.

In an unusually domestic day I made Chili Mac in the crock pot and baked a chocolate cake. I'm a regular Martha Stewart when Jim's out of town.

Robert and I had a rousing game of chase tonight. Mommy is so happy that Daddy is coming home tomorrow!!!

Robert's Little Tikes car arrived today... he couldn't wait for me to get it assembled.

Today I had a migraine that landed me in bed all day... Harley was my constant companion.

Pussy call! Robert is obsessed with the phone so I have the habit of putting it on Cosmo's tower when I get done talking on it in the living room. Apparently Cosmo decided to make a call.
