Also the first time I ever tried to take pictures of the moon. Didn't turn out half bad.

December 2

Moooooore Jesus rays from yesterday. Still chilly today. Good thing I asked mom to send my heavier jacket; my hoodie and sweater aren't enough to combat this light chill! The mist was so heavy that individual floaty drops were visible moving around in front of my face. (Lumix DMC-FZ28)
Putting up the Christmas/ winter attractions.

Bears!
The other day Grandad G. told me that lots of reporter/photographer folk take pictures of his Aboriginal dance troop, Bunjil, but they never see any photos. I took about 300 shots for them and passed Grandad a CD and a few choice prints. I liked this one the best.

This photo was taken by a lovely gentlemen at the table next to ours. He let me explain how to use my camera for a minute, before his lady friend interjected that he was a pro. I promptly felt like a tool.

today when I checked my email I was excited to find the Basic Grey newsletter... for those not into scrapbooking, Basic Grey is one of the manufacturers. I was lucky enough to have my ornament chosen to be featured in this month's newsletter. I THOUGHT there were going to be multiple projects using this same paper line featured... but surprise, it was just me! :) My payment for letting them use my project... two new paper packs! yay!

So all the superheros, Superman, Batman, Spiderman, Yoda and Superchick were there battling Dr Claw. Dr Claw was going down, no doubt about that. Just as our superheros were about to dispose of Dr Claw, KABLOOY! the evil Sproodleboy bounded onto the scene with kryptoite canine implants and quickly dispatched Superman .... tune in tomorrow to find out if the superheros bounce back and triumph or if Dr Claw and the evil Sproodleboy finally get rid of our heros.
