Step #2: Customize your Prints
-ShutterCal prints are available with various styles, colors, and options to choose from.
-Pick the combination that suits you best.
-Prints are 4"x4", about the size of a polaroid.

Step #3: Purchase Print Credits
-Each Print Credit = 1 full month of prints from your calendar.
-You can order Print Credits one at a time, or in bulk for a great discount price.
-Your "Print Manager" section of your calendar will allow you to organize and select which months to print.


Frequently Asked Questions

Formatting Questions:
Q- Not all pictures are a standard shape, What happens when the photo submitted is not a square ratio?
A- ShutterCal prints are square, so they can accommodate any shaped photos. Much like our site’s image viewer, images are printed with the largest ratio filling from edge to edge. Your images will not be cropped (but if you have text & logos in your image, keep them within title safe boarders.) .

Q- I sometimes put two or three photos together in one file....how will those print those?
A- Just like our site’s image viewer, they will print together.


Quality Questions:
Q- Web images are 72 dpi, with 720 pixels max side. What size will my photographs be once printed?
A- We keep and print from your originally uploaded file for the highest quality possible. All images will print at the most optimal resolution possible and be displayed at full size on the 4”x4” inch ShutterCal prints.


Choosing Months:
Q- Do we have to wait to finish a whole year in order to have the box?
A- No. You can buy print credits in advance, and print months as they are filled. If you have months of your calendar completed, you can print them immediately, while saving the rest to print at a time of your choosing.

Q- How do I specify which month of my calendar I am printing?
A- The number of print credits you've ordered will be displayed in your "Print Manager" section of your calendar. From there, you can select which months to have printed at any time. Just select the desired month(s) and press the "Print & Ship!" button.

Q- What happens if there are days when I have not uploaded any pictures?
A- You have control over when months are printed. Of course, it’s best to make sure all images are uploaded before printing. If you choose to print a month with a few days unfilled, you’ll simply receive a pack of prints excluding blank days.

Q- What if we only want certain pictures out of a month, do we get to choose which ones?
A- We may develop a way to order individual prints in the future, but the ShutterCal Print Credits are designed to help you print your entire project as a whole.

Q- Do I have to purchase print credits in order to use the print manager?
A- Yes, once you purchase print credits, your print manager will display all months available for printing & keep track of how many credits you have.


Shipping and Delivery Questions:
Q- Why are ShoeBoxes and Prints Shipped separately?
A- Our prints are 100% customized, and are printed and mailed right from the big and fancy professional print lap, While the ShoeBoxes are mailed personally from ShutterCal headquarters.

Q- How long does it take to receive my order?
A- ShoeBoxes are mailed within 24 hours, and often take less then a week.
Print orders are collected weekly, printed on Wednesdays, and shipped out on Thursdays. Print deliveries take approximately 2 weeks, although on occasion they can take a bit longer. For quickest delivery, please select months to print from your print manager before 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
